I found this old Cobalt-fanart I did ages ago buried in some old file-systems! Who knew I would misplace some of my better work…? (Though it’s clear there are some flaws with shading done here that could have been done better, looking back. Oh well…!)
MechaTek takes a lot of its workforce on Trunkopia by repurposing and upgrading Borealis droids (those empty-eyed chaps on the left) to the real hardcore standards of machines in MechaTek (that sneaky-looking fellow on the right). While still fragile and weak as any grunt-tier droid, they are still more capable than their lesser-minded siblings. This one is in the midst of dealing with some upheaval of Borealis operations… I wonder what they’re up to…?
